"We have stayed at this property before, the last time 10 years ago & sadly not much has changed in that time - the rooms are now quite outdated & need a refurb, the carpets are quite dusty & the tiles dirty. We selected the 1 bedroom swim-up apartment based on the promise that the pools were heated. "I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....
