"There was a mix up in the location. We thought that we had reserved a hotel at Jekyll Island, but we later found out later that it was reserved at St. Simons Island. We called Expedia and was going over the issue and in the middle of the conversion they hung up. We ended up going home, we thought we did not have a room for the night. There were no rooms at any of the hotels on Jekyll Island that night."

"The hotel had a musty smell when you first walked into the lobby, but overall it wasn’t entirely bad. However, once you got into the rooms, the rooms had amazing smell and they were very clean. Perhaps they may need to change their carpeting in the lobby and in the hallway because there are no carpets in the rooms so that’s why there’s no smells in there but overall the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful."
