"Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! Very poor way to conduct business! Politeness and acknowledgment costs nothing "

"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

"5 star property and very close to to shops and sea front. Bus stop and plenty of parking."

"The flat was perfect - spacious and well equipped. Lovely views from the balcony. Excellent location. "

"Bright and airy studio room nicely decorated with attractive ornaments. The bed was very comfortable but, as is often the way, the bed settee wasn’t so comfortable for an evening sitting watching TV. The communal patio was not quite what was expected but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again."
