"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We were in Minneapolis for his conference. Our room was beautiful clean, modern and spacious. It was so nice to stay at this apartment style hotel with a full kitchen. It’s right across the street from a light rail station. The blue line train took us from the airport to Target Field, the end of the line. It was very convenient since we didn’t rent a car. ""We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home. The house was immaculate and the views from the balcony were simply stunning. We spent hours relaxing by the water, taking in the serene atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and it's less than a ten minute drive to some beautiful waterfalls. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Minneapolis.""

"Quiet neighborhood near great park, restaurants, breweries, groceries etc. friendly neighbors. Liked the alley parking at the back of property. Had Grands with us-fenced in back yard and Waite Park with wading pool across the street perfect! Open basement stairs with crawling baby kept us on our toes. "

"People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location."
