"After 3 nights in the Porcupine Wilderness the Bobcat Cabin was the perfect place to come back to. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Its simplicity and self-reliance makes it the perfect nature getaway. We were there when it rained and the hosts have made it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or take a midday nap. "We had an amazing stay. This place is beautiful and so serene. We saw so much wildlife and the location was perfect to pretty much everything we wanted to do. Keith was incredibly kind and got back to us right away when we reached out!! This place had everything, which helped with unpacking because I tend to bring everything!! For those who appreciate good knives when prepping food… they had them!! We will definitely be back and will recommend highly to others."

"Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies."

"Our family of seven had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, with plenty of beds and enough room for everyone to have their privacy. Having a second bathroom upstairs made things even more convenient. The property itself was beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained grounds that we really enjoyed. We’d definitely recommend it!"

"Excellent stay near Lake Superior . The listing was very clean with a well supplied kitchen – lots of utensils and necessary dishes, pots, and pans. The property was very clean, but was definitely in process of being updated. We really enjoyed the proximity to the lake, the affordability, the comfortable king size bed, and the pet friendly , safe neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!!!"

"If you are looking for an actual Northwoods experience, this is the place. I have been visiting the Northwoods of Wisconsin since 1992 and have stayed at many locations. All have their pros and cons. Pros: It is located on a great lake for fishing and is close to other attractions, such as waterfalls and touristy towns like Boulder Junction.
