"The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive."

"Amazing adventure! Peaceful! Beautiful! Privacy! Gourmet Kitchen! The house is set back from the neighborhood on a large lot. The decks are new and comfortably furnished. We cooked breakfast and dinner for 3 days and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect. Our days started and ended with gourmet meals, on the deck, emersed in the salt marsh. "Relaxing experience - beautiful home!"

"This was a beautiful weekend getaway. My wife and I had a lovely time relaxing before we welcomed our second child. The house is a small quaint cottage, and we loved waking up to the sunrise and birds chirping. Between hammocks, kayaks, a firepit, and just sitting and watching nature it was a beautifully relaxing spot in basically a private nature preserve.Also the hosts provided a thorough document with what to bring, and places to visit/experience in the area.The attraction of the area is the...

"Beautiful scene. Sunrise on the beach is perfect. Loved the low waves. Was easy to swim. The home was so cute! They were FULLY stocked. Anything that you think you may need and it’s there. The bed was squishy comfy. Even when we stayed inside, we had a gorgeous view from the sunroom. The neighbors were super friendly. The host was very responsive and extremely nice! Will definitely return to this little paradise!"

"Property was amazing. My oldest took advatage of having his own place with the separate house. Everything you needed was there, just bring your food. Kitchen had everything needed, the "smoke shack" was great, rather you were smoking or grilling food or cooking up breakfast on the blackstone! Two kayaks and one inflatable were awesome to have! Firepit (just bring somenwood) and grabpots provided were a plus. Decor of the home was great and very private area plus having your own little beach area...

"Absolutely lovely condo with stunning views, and every amenity you could think of. This was no half-stocked after-thought rental unit. Everything from kitchen, to bathrooms, and bedrooms were stocked as if the owners were there to use them. Plus, the view and serenity of the location just made it exceptional. "A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out. "

We love being able to wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and beautiful sunrise stroll down the beach while hunting for sea glass and treasures. Kids enjoy playing in the sand, and the shallow water is perfect for a relaxing afternoon float! The home is cozy and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay!"
