"No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal."

"Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools "

"Quarto grande muito espaçoso. Funcionários gentis e prestativos Localização boa muito perto da estação ferroviária Todos os dias ofereciam uma garrafa de água de cortesia"

"Friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast, perfect respite after a challenging week, thankyou."

"Better than a small hotel room, staff were excellent. Could have stayed much longer!"

The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I...

"Stunning property. Immaculate rooms and public areas. Didn’t dine here but menu looked amazing. Bar staff were knowledgeable and professional. Cocktails to die for. Will certainly be returning."

"A very nice room with all that you want. Nice storage, a good tv, lovely warm walk in shower. Comfortable beds and bedding. Probably one of the best family rooms we have visited amongst many hotels. Only criticism is quite a basic breakfast for the money. Enough for us though. Hope to stay here in the future as it is a good location for our visit to family in Fleckney. Very helpfull staff is worth a mention."
