A 4 person studio apartment located on the 6th floor of a quality building very close to Evian town centre.
The entry hallway entrance has a large cupboard and storage [hidden] open kitchen is well-equipped (washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, pans and plates) and faces the lake so you can have your meals with a great view.
The remaining part of the main room has a sofa-bed and 2 single bunk beds that fold into the wall. The large balcony is accessible from the dining area. The bathroom offers a bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.

The flat is located 250 meters from the nearest shop. The entrance to the building is less than 50 meters from the Lake and from a small harbour and shore path.
