"We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor. The temps are easy to manage with the cool of the morning, and the A-frame was precisely...

The host was very communicative, had all the information we needed for our stay complied well and presented in an easy to understand message. "The property was overall as expected. However, at night we saw two mice in the kitchen, they even ate our sandwich bread. I understand that the home is in the mountains and it’s hard to avoid having unwelcome guests. But we were disappointed with response from the host, it was a cookie cutter “thanks for telling us” and we felt this deserved a more robust response. I would hope the pest had been taken care of before renting again, but the lackadaisical attitude is what drove me to write this...

"The Cozy Cabin created a warm, memorable, and inviting experience. Tucked in the woods of Evergreen, the view and weather were perfect. The game room was a great place to retreat and have fun with friends, and the hot tub was a perfect way to close out the night. Although the kitchen was close quarters, it was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. When traveling from out of state, it is nice to have a few spices and condiments to help cut down on unnecessary costs. It was a quick trip...

"May we suggest to put a skimmer by the hot tub. We were advised there would be two blow dryers, but unfortunately, there was only one in the house. And although we were advised there would be terry robes after the hot tub, there were none. But all in all the home is beautifully decorated, location great views and stocked extremely well."
