"House is unique as it is set up to potentially be rented by the bedroom rather than the whole house (ie. each bedroom has a separate keycode lock). 3 of the 4 bedrooms has its stairs leading from that bedroom to a private living area (or office area). Kitchen was reasonably well appointed. Coffee/creamer/sugar/coffee filters is provided. There's only 1 parking spot with the house but there is street parking available for free on the weekends (not sure about weekdays). Location is not...
