"The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. "A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. We decided to stay out of Hay and this was ideal for us. You have to be prepared for a challenging drive into Hay on very windy single track lanes but it was worth it. Cottage is well equipped and extremely comfortable, which we appreciated and the garden is beautiful. Would highly recommend it. Hosts are onsite and available but not at all intrusive. We would go back - had a great week"
