The night before Christmas Eve, as most of those who celebrate the holidays found we too, had a packed filled day and weren't sure how to do it all.
My husband worked 3rd shift, we had to travel, and he still had to sleep before 11:00am. for brunch and Christmas celebrations is family.
I couldn't see any way possible to fit everything in. I explained and they had solutions.
The staff was exceptional, everyone worked hard, smiling *NOT on their phones.
Very attentive to guests and going out of their way to take care of each guest as they were able.
Very Impressed with almost everything about this place.
This is the first time we've been that the hot tub was luke warm. I got in anyway due to having back surgery recently (didn't submerge the area) and would have loved a nice hot tub experience on the leg that was affected by the ruptured disk surgery.
The lack of hot water almost got to me, but our Christmas was spent in a nice hotel with our now grown young people and we couldn't have asked for more.
The other thing I noticed was during the meals, things did get messy on the counters and around the area floors.
Staff was quickly there to make up for the mess.
This group of people are exceptional in my opinion.
Oh yea, did I mention it was Christmas?
They worked with smiles, helpful information, and a cheery disposition throughout the stay.
Thank you staff, not only for working, but having a wonderful attitude.
