"The hotel from walking in at check-in until check-out was excellent, including the staff, the room, cleanliness, room temperature and air conditioning, etc. We didn't eat the free breakfast only because we decided to sleep in. The only thing I would recommend is possibly upgrading the windows to block out some of the noise from the highway because it did get bothersome several times while trying to sleep. "We were in town for a concert at the Ford Center. We had the breakfast and dinner which were very good. Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. We had a room near the lobby area and the walls were super thin. We could hear everything at 7:00am. People, doors slamming and dogs barking. The room was a little dated but clean. "

"I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head. "
