"I first want to start off by saying Amber (the host) was awesome! Before we booked, I had acouple of questions about the booking and she was very fast with responding! Once we got to the house we saw that it was very clean and big! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was PLENTY of room for us! Towels were provided which was nice. "The property was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the lack of communication from the host, Kyle. I had a bad feeling with his lack of communication a couple weeks before the trip. I asked him if there was any information I needed to know, and he said no. I asked him the day of my check-in if I was going to get a code for the front door, and he told me that Vrbo would send it to me automatically one hour before my rental. That never came. "Do not rent this property! It’s very dirty and not well maintained. Half our group wanted to leave and not stay our 2nd night.- No check-in email. I had to contact to ask for code- Pictures show the front room (white couches). You will never go in that room. The coffee table no longer has legs. The top is literally laying on the ground- Laminate flooring had liquid stains in multiple spots. Not permanent spots, just floor had never seen a mop- The walls & baseboards super dirty- Hair on one...
