Bella Paradiso Condo #12 is a 2nd Floor King room.  It includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, Streaming TV, and sitting area on the front porch. Walk to downtown for shopping, dining, live music and art! Sit on the front porch and meet new friends or sit and watch the busy streets and hills above full of nature. There is one parking space included, sorry no trailers. The front porch is a perfect vantage point to enjoy watching car show participants pass by as they cruise by!

Other Things to Note:
The Bella Paradiso Condominiums are located at the gateway to Downtown Eureka Springs on the South side of the Historic Downtown. There are sidewalks leading you to the nightlife, restaurants, shopping, museums and historic charm of Eureka Springs.

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
