"Really, the only complaint was the steps upstairs."

"We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. "

"Excellent location. The host was very accommodating . Walking distance to all the downtown stores. Parking spot was reasonably close and larger than most. The patio was awesome but be aware that it isn’t completely private. All it truly needed was a nice hot tub. My wife and I are in our mid 70s and hauling our luggage upstairs was a chore but nothing in Eureka Springs is easily navigated. All in all an excellent location for a couple wanting the Eureka Springs experience."
