No for everyone
This is a third rate romance type of place. They haven’t updated the mattresses in20 years and the blinds are broken. They don’t freshen the rooms. It looks nothing like the photos. Do no rent here! $10 more you can get a nice hotel in town. Don’t do it on the primrose of getting a clean RV atmosphere. They collect on tv spots and leave the rooms unkept. DONT DO IT.

Not a good find
No ice bucket, ice machine was broke, guess that’s why no bucket. No coffee. Dirty room, only 2 wash cloths, so and 2 towels, so you couldn’t bathe at bed time and before you were ready to leave the next morning . Office was closed from 8pm until 8 am. So if anything went wrong you were out of luck. On here the total for the room was under 100$ they charged 135$ at the facility. Horrible

I am disappointed to hear that you did not alert the staff to a price discrepancy or that your room was dirty. Both issues would and could have been resolved. On our sites it states when our office is closed. We are not a traditional hotel. We are a small family owned business and our family deserves time off as well; however there is an after hours number posted on the door 24 hours a day. We are always on call for your needs. Yes, the ice machine is not working properly right now. We are working on getting it back up and running, so we took the ice buckets out of the rooms until the repair people can make it to the property. Coffee and a continental breakfast are provided in the office at 8 a.m. Due to the smallness of the hotel, and the fact that not all of our guest partake in breakfast we make coffee upon request. There are coffee pots that can be provided for in the room upon request as well. We are sorry that your stay was less than pleasant, and that these amenities were not notified to you upon check in. I will be reviewing our hospitality guidelines with our staff. Thank you for taking the time to review our facility and alerting us to problems.

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. I would definitely stay again.

Horrible experience
We got to the motel and was told they do not use hotel.com and we did not have a reservation. We showed them the booking on the phone and she said she couldnt help it all they har was a double bed left and the price was more. Why would we want to pay more for less. So if you place a reservation for this place through hotel.com, you better make sure you have a reservation and not like us having to find a place to stay at last min. Very very frustrating. I will never try to stay here again.

I will give extra training to the cleaning staff this week, and I will remind my desk clerks to let all guests know that if they have any issues with their room to let our staff know to correct the issue. Nice Stay in Eunice
A few miles from downtown. Check in was easy. Place was quite. Bed was comfortable. Cold AC. Plenty of soap and towels. Roku TV with Netflix. Great stay and would book again.

Nice and quiet stay
Our stay was convenient to everywhere we needed or wanted to be for the 5 days we spent there. Very quiet. The beds however being doubled were a bit too small for 2 adults to sleep in.

Very nice place and friendly folks there. The ONLY complaint was the TV remote controls didn't work correctly and the tiny bathroom. Great for one nighters passing through!

Hard to find after dark no outside lighting on the sign or at the check in office. The room was very clean (newly painted) old but no musky smile. Would stay there again

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The room was just recently renovated and was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative is there was a crack between the floor and the bottom of the door. We had to stuff a towel in it so no unwanted creatures could come in from outside. Also there were several baby roaches in our room. Everything tho was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. We still plan on staying there again

I am so sorry to hear about the bugs you had in your room. We contacted our contractor and had him come and respray all of the rooms. We value your feedback, and have ordered hardware to fix the gap under the door. Thank you so much. I am happy you enjoyed your stay otherwise and that we were able to accommodate you.

Great place for us. Hauling a trailer with kayaks
Plus a dog who loves to run. It was quiet and close enough to Town. Front desk was most helpful about where to go for great music and where to eat. Really enjoyed session of Cajun music on Saturday. Room needed another lamp and a bar to hang clothes.. Bed was way too soft for us. Shower excellent. Place was really clean..All in all, we loved it.

Everything was wonderful, however the AC/Heater did not have any control knobs, so it was hit or miss when figuring out how to get the heat on. We figured it out, and had we had a permanent marker I would have notated what we figured out.

Quiet stay in the country
I enjoyed my stay here,although i had a difficult time finding the property as it is located off the main hwy. 190. I found good use of the microwave and refrigerator,since I was tired of eating at restaurants. The grocery stores were about only six miles one-way from the property. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows and the bathroom was adequate. The only issue I had with the bathroom was the fact there was not any electrical outlet in which to plug in my hair dryer.so I had to plug it in near the TV and use the faint reflection I had of my head by looking at the black ,plastic laminated siding around the tv screen to see my hair getting dry. There weren't many motel rooms and because of that,the property was very quiet and condusive for a much needed restfull sleep. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to escape the crowds at the larger chain motels. The price is very affordable and the owners are very nice and respectful.

Boudin and Doughnuts!
L'Acadie is a welcome change from cookie-cutter-where-am-I hotels. It is locally-owned and operated by very nice people who take a lot of pride in their Inn. Along with the hospitality we received the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the playground area with our 5-year old, as well as the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. The countryside views were a sight for our city-eyes also. We were lucky enough to be there on a morning they were serving local Boudin and delicious local doughnuts - so much better than the cardboard breakfasts at chain hotels. A couple of cons: please upgrade the pillows! The bathrooms are small, but functional, modern and clean. And lastly, there is a slight musty smell to the Inn probably due to the age of the buildings. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Great little place
Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and set up nicely. The area was quiet. Staff was friendly. The shower did have a problem with keeping a regular temperature but that's not a deal breaker to us. The sheets were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Pillowcases weren't fantastic but we travel with our pillows so it wasn't a big deal. Limited TV choices. Overall, as someone that travels all year long for work, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Cute place, cheaper than expected. A great value for the cost.

Very peaceful relaxed atmosphere and great hosts.
Unfortunately we there for a funeral so it was a time that we couldn't relax and enjoy the atmosphere that that you feel as soon as you check in. The folks who run the park are very nice and helpful.
