"The photos online are not a true representation of the hotel. The photos look nice but the actual hotel is older and dirtier looking."

"I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene."

"Property was in disrepair, rooms dingy and foul smelling, ended up cancelling reservation and moving to a different hotel. Note, dont fall for the protection plan it does absolutely nothing."

"The hotel was VERY dark and had a strong smell- like Pine Sol or Clorox. The ice machine did not look clean. The elevator was extremely slow-like it was about to quit working. Also, the fire alarm was set off at 2:20am and we had to go outside- ended up being a false alarm. Not a happy place nor clean."

"Room was fairly clean - could have been cleaner. The bathtub was missing the stopper which was a problem for my special needs nephew because he loves "bubble baths". The TV had be turned on/off by sticking my fingernail into the missing power button underneath. The volume could not be changed and the remote only worked if changing channels. "Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates."

"Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast"

"Our stay there was perfect. Beds comfortable staff very nice and welcoming. Hot breakfast was great also."

"This place was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay very much. We have attempted to go back a few times, but the price increase put it out of our budget. Great facility though!"

"Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...

"The pool was a toxic waste hole, there were razor blades in the stair well, the door to the bathroom in the lobby didn’t close, the lock in my room didn’t work, the tv had a giant black line through it making it unable to use, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve tried to sleep on, the couch had cigarette burns in it."

"Only stayed one night but it was nice, sheets where dingy and so were towels. Some of our towels were stained. But other than that was able to get a good night sleep and woke up to a descent breakfast."

"It's a basic motel. Not very clean, Coffee often cold in lobby. Rooms are old but everything functioned, just not well maintained. Staff was helpful but not terribly professional. Staff not dress professionally but they were friendly. Pool had no water in it. When I called to ask for my deposit back, I was told to call back. I've since called back several times and left messages on voicemail and no call back yet."
