"This was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever had , the bathroom was spotless and the beds were the most comfortable beds ever!! "

"It was in a quiet area. The room was the worst. The floor had holes in it and they used black tape to try to cover it up. The room had a smell that Lysol didn’t help. The water in the sink shot out that the floor was covered with water. I reported it and I was told that I couldn’t be moved to another room. I counted at least six empty rooms over by the room that I was in. I feel like I should get a refund. I never got clean towels and the trash was running over because it was only one can in the...
