This two-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect size for a small family sleeping up to 7. Enjoy family dining inside and out with a wonderful screened-in porch with a dining set. This home provides a king-size bed in the bedroom downstairs with an attached bathroom. Upstairs you will find a queen-size bed as well as a twin over twin bunk set, with another twin trundle underneath.
Upstairs guests will also enjoy their own bathroom. This property has a charcoal grill for guests to use.

Magnolia has 1 guest parking space. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
