"Great"

"Corridors and common area were with leftover food and packaging on the 3rd floor, the room had a lot of hair everywhere, including in the bathroom. At the time of my check-in, I had bad news that my reservation was considered at the show, being canceled, a new reservation was necessary for me to get a room, the bureaucracy of having my refund was my responsibility to contact Expedia, and in the new reservation there were duplicate charges that were not well explained and that until the time of...

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Bartender was so nice and accommodating."

"Friendly staff, nice front desk amenity area, spacious, well-appointed rooms."

"The rooms are dated which is okay but the cable was out the entire stay and we were not offered any compensation or credit. Additionally, our upstairs neighbors must have been having a dance party or they were doing aerobics because it was terribly loud."

"Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were in the process of painting some of the rooms and also waiting for the elevator to be repaired. The breakfast was canned biscuits and pre-made omelettes."
