"The stay was amazing! The beds were the most comfortable beds in the universe! The staff were great! Funny and overly accommodating. We had a ton of fun making the service guys and front desk people laugh when they came to fix our TV. This trip was with Mom, Aunt and Adult Sisters. A great girls weekend! "

"the place was clean and we had our own cabin. the manager was helpful. we had a fridge and microwave in the cabin. cabin 35 was great, it had 2 double beds with a full divided wall in between the 2 beds. "

"Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it up to the room. An hour later he did. Just handed it over and left. At check out we were told the jacuzzi controls were on the wall across the bathroom! There were Cheetos on the bathroom floor at...

"The rooms were clean but the mayflies were everywhere, certainly not the fault of the establishment but it did detract from the experience."

"We absolutely loved the dog otis, but were sad they don't share breakfast with other hotels anymore and slides should be fixed or replaced and pool area fixed up. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Other then some pool area maintenance badly needed the hotel was great!! "

"Our stay was for 3 days just to get away and relax and all was great except we didn't think to bring our bathing suits. After closing our own pool we didn't consider theirs would be open and from what we heard was great. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired as granola bars and coffee is not a breakfast but I never rely on hotels to offer much."
