"This is a clean, comfortable home. It’s conveniently located just outside of the down town Moab area, so it’s pretty quiet, yet close to everything you need. Master bed was comfortable and that is very important. I’ve stayed in homes in the past that had horrible beds, so that’s a huge plus. The owner was quick to answer all questions and was accommodating. Would highly recommend this cozy home. "

"This is an apartment style residence with a crowded parking lot. The complex is a short drive away from the heart of town. Many room for improvement: the kitchen floor was dirty with grease, the living room rug extremely dirty, missing curtain blinds, the bedding sheets were stained and smelly, the restroom showers lost their hot water only after two uses. We definitely DO NOT recommend!!"
