It was clean and perfect for our needs. we were especially glad it had a cooler that we could use, a coffee maker and some coffee, as well as soap for dishes and washing machine detergent . We were a 5 min drive to Moab. Moab has great places to get dinner, coffee and shop.also a grocery store. We used Moab as a home base while we went to Arches, Capital Reef, and Canyonlands. These are just some FYIs... this is not a "lived in" Verbo. Just basics. Bring your own ziplock bags...
