"This is a diamond in the rough. The exterior of the place seems quiet and boring, but walk into front desk and bam to your eyes. The colors inside the hotel are vibrant, the rooms are amazing colors, decor, and style. Did a little tour of the quiet hotel and too my surprise, pool bar, and pool party. "They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time...
