"Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again."

"Quite clean. But there are some basic things that need attention: The front curtains are So difficult to draw closed when leaving the unit for town; Replace with levelors. There is deferred maintenance that makes the unit feel a bit dated. Do a complete check. Fabulous shower and bathroom!"

"I booked this room on my way to P town and honestly did not have super high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with every detail of the property. From the staff reaching out, sharing the room code and tips and tricks, to the room itself, I was throughly impressed. The location is perfect and the accommodations were fantastic. "Check-in was super easy. Tara was great to communicate with. This place had everything anyone would ever need. Beds are super comfy. Place is super clean. The pond is gorgeous. The house is setup so cute. The week flew by. One of my favorite places at the cape and we’ve been coming here at different places for the past 25 years. Love this place. Love heart of cape cod. Awesomely dog friendly."
