"The owner was very responsive, she got back to my messages very quickly! Im so picky about cleanliness, it can be a mansion but if not clean, I'm not having it, but this cabin was very clean. I was a little concerned since it is a little older cabin, but it really is clean. The river was wonderful , the towns dillsburo and sylva were quaint and wonderful. Me and my mom usually go to chimney rock and we were so bummed we haven't been able to go and we didn't know if we would ever find a place we...

"Great stay. Cabin is so fun and so convenient."

"Great property for getting away from the city. Very convenient to so many things to do in the North Georgia mountains. Our host was amazing and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back. "

"Perfect home for a 3 generation stay. The creek was great for the kids to play in and explore. Owner provided tons of information and we loved finding the waterfall and swimming hole within walking distance. "

"The place is magical. We rarely left the property because it was so relaxing. We hung out in the creek, enjoyed the hot tub and had our meals outside. Can’t wait to come back."

"Cabin was very nice. Came up to do some motorcycle riding. Very clean and well maintained. Everything worked as expected. The only downside for us was the gravel driveway up to the cabin with the bikes. We figured it out though. Overall very satisfied. "

"This house was plenty big enough for our large group that stayed. There are coffee makers and refrigerators on both levels of the house, enough bathrooms, an incredibly sweet game room and theater for the kiddos. The pool was huge and they have plenty of inflatables and noodles. They also have a coffeemaker and a refrigerator at the pool. I would say the house is definitely stressed looking in some parts and the refrigerators take about 2 days to get cold, but overall it was such a great time....

"Very neat and clean, like a brand new cabin. Great Wi-Fi access. Seems like it’s 30 minutes or less to a lot of wonderful activities and other small towns. All appliances were spotless and in great working condition. "

"This small, unique cottage is not elaborate, but had all the things my brother and I (Ages 79, 80) were looking for in an "out of the way" location. Shopping BEFORE arriving is helpful because the nearest Grocery is several miles away. It is in driving distance of many wonderful places to see in the NC mountains. Not for everyone - but for us - it was great!"

"We loved the location (very quiet and secluded), cleanliness of the property, hot tub and the layout of the home. We had 3 adult kids with us and they had their own living space downstairs in case they didn’t want to watch the same movie as us. Karen was very responsive and offered great suggestions for local restaurants. We even extended our stay an extra night. We will be back to this property. "

"This is a great place! We enjoyed our time there so much. It’s very quiet, very clean, and just 10 minutes away from places such as museums, parks, the river, and other activities. I definitely recommend this cabin, we had a marvelous experience!"

"Our second visit and the view over the lake draws us in every time. Comfy deck furniture and lots of pool toys. Location convenient to groceries, restaurants and outdoor activities. Don't miss the donuts at Rare Bird Emporium."
