"First time staying in Cabin 9, and it was perfect all around. I obviously love the area with the natural sounds, beauty, attractions and happy people.This cabin was arranged better and had a great reading chair with light and very nice screen porch furniture. When I stayed till the last minute, I met the owner coming to clean their own place. Nice, Thanks."

"Wonderful, relaxing getaway by the river is what we needed! Beautiful, cozy cabin with updated bath and kitchen had all the conveniences to make it enjoyable. Spent a chunk of time on the expansive deck watching (and hearing) the river flow by. Remote but convenient to town. Nice! Will plan to stay again. "

"This really is a river haven. Unbelievable location that prioritizes river views and sounds. This place has almost everything you'll need: a well-stocked kitchen, linens, towels, washer/dryer, and a fireplace. A note on the fireplace: you'll probably want to get a firestarter kit and a duraflame log from the local market. "Ian’s cabin was an excellent place to stay near Mount Hood! The cabin was a perfect and peaceful place with everything we needed. Ian also had several recommendations for hikes and restaurants in his guest book that were perfect to go check out. Highly recommend but will note for those that may not notice in the listing there is no WiFi and very little to no cell signal. "

"The cabin was clean and well-organized. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. It doesn't impact me, but the walk from the parking area might be difficult for older or less mobile people. Also, the exterior of the property is very dark, so arrivals after sunset would be a challenge. "
