"This was a great choice for us traveling through on our way home to Michigan from Colorado. It’s right off the highway. We were happily given extra bedding when I asked for it. The beds were comfy. The breakfast had some nice touches. I loved the Seattle’s Best coffee bar. The marbled rye bread and bags of washed grapes were a nice touch."

"Our only complaint was the limited toilet paper. When we arrived to the motel, all we had was about a fourth of a roll left and no stock of extras. However, when a staff member asked if we needed anything the next morning, she was very quick to give us a new roll. We enjoyed the Roku that was provided in the room. Parking was adequate and right outside our motel room. The location of the motel was conveniently right next to Casey’s and just a quick walk down the street from the town amenities....

"Older budget style motel. Looks weathered on the outside but the room was well maintained and comfortable. No complaints at all. Nice 9 hole golf course very close with good views and food. Convenient and well priced. I will stay again."

"It is wonderful to visit a small town and stay in a quality hotel. My favorite aspect of the hotel is its location and setting next to a historic German hausbarn. The only negative I have - our room was near a hallway main door that squeaked when someone entered the hallway."

"I wish I had something positive to say. We had ants in our room told the staff they seemed to not be interested. They came into our room to clean while we were gone and the only thing they did was pull the bed linen up. They tracked dirt in. Didn't grab the trash. We had to book for 7 days or we couldnt book it.The beds were old and hard. The sink was clogged. Was charged 100 a night for a room that barely fit 2 double beds. Every night we came back to room we had go to the front desk because...

"When I travel the two key points are cleanliness and good beds. Both those points were ok. The facility ok as far as appearance. WiFi reception received a poor grade- it was pretty worthless. The breakfast was a total failure. Cream cheese spread and butter not refrigerated, no fruit, 1 cereal and a couple dry mini muffins. 0 stars for that. Staff was friendly. Kind of an isolated area but never felt worried or anything. Would not say I would never stay again but would probably search other...

"Needs work but then again it's a working-class/blue-collar hotel… sleep and bounce. Nothing wrong with that just they could use a clean up of the property and better bathrooms."

"It is a tired old 1950's motel that has had the rooms updated - very adequate. The outside and surrounding area is worn out and industrial. We did have plenty of towels, but there was no comfortable chair in our room and there are very few options for breakfast in this town. Overall - it was clean inside and adequate for sleeping but is not somewhere I would stay unless I needed to be in that specific area. "

"Zero stars wasn’t an option. Filthy carpet and walls, broken and worn furniture. Staff tried to scam more money out of me, said I had no reservation and my paid receipt from Expedia meant nothing. Terrible place to stay with a terrible staff"
