"Friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas, pool water seemed cloudy. Nice and quiet. Would have liked to been told that there are no elevators so I could request first floor room. Sun deck quite worn but some patio furniture would have been nice. Will stay there again."

"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "I would stay here again. The hotel was super clean and updated. The staff was nice and helpful on the area. Only nit picky thing is the shower needs a grab bar. "

"Very nice boutique style hotel in downtown Mankato. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very close to the campus. Extremely easy parking. The room was quiet, clean and we loved the view from the window. We will definitely stay there again."

"Bed was a little hard. Rooms were very spacious, tall ceilings (10ft) Bathroom was big and newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t much to talk about. Otherwise the staff was nice, checkin was a breeze. Will stay again if I ever go to Mankato again. "
