Loft 902 with Sunsets from the 14x32 covered deck almost every morning!

Our Loft is built above a garage.
There is 2 entry gates to get up to Loft 902. 1 way has 9 steps and then 6 more steps up to an open 14x32 covered deck or the other way only has 6 steps. Feel free to use either entry ways.
Located 2 avenues for gas, groceries, liquor and a bank.
Larger tiled walk in shower, fully loaded kitchen with an island, 2 king size bedrooms with duvets and lots of pillows if you want. Washer and Dryer in loft. Iron and board, Roku TV, free WiFi, reverse osmosis, Key-less entry, air conditioner, Large windows with lots of lighting. Gas fire place to use in the winter months.
Outside we have a gas BBQ if you ask, a small fire pit and wood, a large common area to do as you please.
I provide books, games, cards, puzzles to enjoy while you are staying.
We have added child books, a cup, plates and plastic spoons and forks.

We have just added a Generic (power station) Should never have power out!

Smoking of any kind is Not permitted in loft or on deck, but we have an area set up with ashtray next to loft!

Pamphlets on how to run gas fireplace properly and all other appliances. You will also find a binder full of what Estevan has here to visit. Restaurants to visit. A map of Estevan (go ahead and take one). Map of our walking trails.

We are in walking distance from of downtown area.
