We continue to improve our Resort. The new rain shower head do not have high water pressure. We have a restaurant at the entrance to the resort that is amazing, while we finish our restaurant renovation. The elevator was shut down as the hotel was in the middle of a power outage and we chose your safety. The city of Estes Park had power going up and down for several hours during a snow storm. As our team tried to work with you, we upgraded you to a lakeview room verse the most economical one that you had reserved. We hope that you give us another chance after our renovation is complete.

Daniel, I appreciate you sharing your experience with us and I apologize for the miscommunication. When management was asked to step up I was only made aware that the front desk needed assistance. As our front desk associate should have explained we are happy to offer a refund for the last nights stay if you provide a dated document from the doctor’s office. You would still need to contact Expedia after we receive the proof but we would release the funds back to them to allow this to process. Again I am sorry for your experience and hope you are all feeling better!
