Welcome to your mountain sanctuary! Nestled on a private, heavily forested acre at the base of Old Man Mountain, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. We are located directly on the walking/bike path—just a 0.5-mile walk to downtown and a 3-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Bunk Room: Perfect for families, featuring a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds, located just steps away from the shared bathroom.
