Charming Hilltop Cottage Near Downtown Estes with Views A/C WIFI and Parking!

Welcome to The Owl's Nest, Estes Park Vacation Rental #3160. Feel free to call or text me anytime if you have questions, or you can instantly book your stay if you prefer.

The Owl's Nest is ideally situated above Bond Park, right in the heart of downtown Estes Park. This spacious 1,336-square-foot home features a stunning 350-square-foot deck that offers breathtaking views of the Stanley Hotel, the Lumpy Mountain Range, and a partial view of Lake Estes—making it a perfect spot to enjoy the July 4th fireworks.

On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with spectacular views of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds.

The private main suite upstairs has been beautifully updated and now offers complete seclusion, featuring a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and lovely views of the Stanley Hotel and Lumpy Ridge. For added convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as Trailblazer fiber 1 Gbps broadband Wi-Fi, the fastest in Estes Park.

Enjoy your favorite shows on our four Smart TVs with Netflix and Fubo. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. You’ll also have the pleasure of observing abundant wildlife in the area.

Our prime location means you’re just a short walk away from shopping, the Aerial Tramway, and Fun City, which offers miniature golf, slides, bumper boats, and race cars.

The Owl's Nest is a warm and inviting home, tastefully decorated in a classic contemporary style, with meticulous attention to detail for your comfort and enjoyment. The wonderful outdoor space includes a private backyard with a grill, perfect for gatherings.

Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that the Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course was rated #6 in the United States for its stunning scenery in the Golf Book of Lists.

We had a wonderful stay at the Owl’s Nest in Estes Park.The house was immaculate. Linens were plentiful and of excellent quality. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked all our meals. Location was exactly what we wanted…a short walk to Main Street, although a little harder on the return uphill! Our hosts were easyto get in touch with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was an easy check-in & check-out, there were beautiful views, and downtown was just a short walk away. We plan on visiting again and recommending the cottage to any of our family and friends that wish to visit Estes Park.

Great location. Close enough to walk to the shops on Elkhorn without feeling like you’re in the middle of it, and easy access to RMNP. Clean and comfortable with plenty of cooking dishes/utensils as well.

The house was clean and very well stocked with all essential items. The bathroom lights went out on day 2 i believe and the host had a manager out there within 30 mins. To fix it. The owner is amazing. Literally the best place ive stayed at!

This was probably our favorite place we’ve stayed at in Estes Park over the years. The location was within easy walking distance of downtown. The house was stocked well enough that we had everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Plus, it had more than enough space and beds to accommodate my family of five. Absolutely amazing!

Even better than expected. You can tell great care was taken in the renovation of this property. Everything is fresh and supplies (kitchen, bath, linens, etc.) are high-quality and abundant. The view of the mountains is a joy to wake up to. And the convenience of being able to easily walk to the Main Street far outweighs the short hike back up the hill after enjoying a wonderful meal downtown. Plus the park entrances are 10 minutes away. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. No question, this is one of our top VRBO experiences.

Awesome stay, felt like home. House was walking distance to shops (just be ready for a little hike up hill) Also, was SO well stocked with everything you could need. Rented other places before that had nothing, so this was wonderful! Great spot for us and our 3 kids (12,12 &10) Kids LOVED having tv's in their rooms and lots of streaming tv options to relax with after long day of hiking in RMNP! Awesome stay

All this and elk too

This home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for a party of 6, in an excellent location. Highly recommended. Elk with their young were spotted from the deck almost daily in a field across the street.

A wonderful cottage with a great location

This cottage was perfect for our small family reunion! We cooked a lot in the well-stocked kitchen and loved eating on the front deck. One evening we had a great view of many elk! The location allows for quick access to RMNP, and Estes Park shops are just a quick walk away. We hope to return to the Owl’s Nest!

Fabulous Stay

This home was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and room enough for all of us to spread out. The porch in front was an extra plus for morning coffee and evening cocktails with a spectacular view. There is also a yard that is added place to hang. There is a corn hole game in the shed. The location is a couple blocks from the Main Street and relatively easy walk. The incline walking home provides some extra cardio in your day but it is short lived. We were able to drive to hiking spots and Rocky Mountain National Park easily. Really can’t say enough about this place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing house

The house was the perfect little space for our trip. It was very close to town which made for a great experience. The house was very clean upon arrival. They even had baby/ toddler items like a pack n play, stroller, highchair and baby gate. These items were very helpful for our family. I highly recommend this house

Magically Christmas Stay

My family and family friends stayed here for our Christmas vacation. It was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location. We like to walk to places, mostly, and the cabin was just a couple minutes to the downtown shopping area. We loved every about it. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!
