Nice view. Place needs some work. Dishwasher door didnā€™t like to stay closed. Garage floor dirty. The deck has rotted boards and close to going through. Couldnā€™t find a broom. Over priced.

Long weekend in Estes

It's a property with a nice layout, amazing views, and is well stocked, but in need of some maintenance. It was hot for a few days while we were here, and we understand the reason for no air conditioning in Estes, but the property had three west facing windows with no mini-blinds. The mounting fixtures were there but apparently the many blinds were broken and were removed and not replaced. The living room got up to eighty three degrees during the day. Some curtains were improperly installed and were unable to be moved to cover one of the long west facing windows.We also experienced wifi issues as the owner's moved the modem and router into a locked closet. A simple unplug and replug would have fixed the problem. But we had to call the property manager who had to call the owner and then a maintenance person had to come, just to open the closet and do the unplug and replug.

Beautiful views, all day long

We loved this picturesque place, with each angle of the wraparound deck bringing new views of the mountains. The location is a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Estes, or you can head the other way and see scenic views of lakes, mountains and valleys that are breathtaking. We felt grateful to find this place. One heads up - there wasnā€™t air conditioning when we stayed but the evenings were cool and we slept fine. We stayed in mid-June.

Wonderful stay in Estes Park

Highly recommend this beautiful home overlooking Estes Park. It was clean and exactly as listed. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!!! (Just a note to make a reservation if you are planning on going into the Rocky Mountains National Park. We had to miss that due to it being sold out for the weekend. But many other hikes can be done)

Excellent house

This property was perfect for a group of friends vacationing together. It had plenty of common space to hang out and we enjoyed the ability to make a few meals and found the kitchen very nice. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The view at this house is amazing! Location was great, it is close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes park. The house itself was just ok it looks bigger online but was big enough for 2 families of four. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. It was not properly cleaned before we arrived and I had to wipe everything down. The dishes were disgusting, there were food remnants on most and had to Clean most all of them before use. My suggestion especially with covid would be to buy a new dishwasher and to be more through with the cleaning process.

Great view, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had two couples so being able to spread out between two floors was really convenient and suited us perfectly. We had everything we needed and were located just a short drive from RMNP and downtown Estes. The view from the house was great and having the deck to relax and enjoy was a nice treat. The week we stayed was unusually hot and there were air quality issues due to the Cameron Peak Fires. The home doesnā€™t have AC and so it got very warm during the day. We had windows open for some cooler air, but with the smoke that wasnā€™t particularly comfortable. There are fans you can set up to help, but be warned it can get very warm inside if youā€™re there during hot weather. Jill was easy to communicate with and super prompt in her replies to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for exploring Rocky Mountain national park

This home is a great destination to explore Rocky Mountain national park. Only 15 min to the park entrance. The home is spacious and great for a family with great decor. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are spectacular. Itā€™s a great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely come back.

Fun on the Fourth of July.

What a fun place to stay! This house is very convenient to downtown Estes Park, the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and so many activities! We stayed a week accompanied by family and friends. Itā€™s beautifully decorated with every amenity imaginable. The bedrooms and living room had amazing views of Longs Peak and it was wonderful to wake up in the morning with such a visual treat! Our 4th of July Celebration consisted of dinner at The Stanley followed by fireworks over Lake Estes...with a short drive ā€œhomeā€ . I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to doing so next year!
