Upon stepping into Blue Spruce Manor, you're greeted by a meticulously designed, spacious interior that seamlessly blends modern comforts with rustic allure. The expansive great room boasts a soaring ceiling adorned with rustic wood beams and a majestic floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace. Ample seating invites guests to unwind, engage in conversations, partake in games, and relish each other's company.

Flowing seamlessly from the great room is a generous deck overlooking the Big Thompson River. Here, everyone can relax while witnessing the tranquil flow of the river, grill the next meal while listening to the gentle symphony of water cascading against the rocks, or opt for a soothing soak in the hot tub with a captivating river view. Adjacent to the deck, a gas firepit (available May through September only) offers a delightful spot to gather, share stories, and savor your favorite beverage amidst the serene ambiance.

Connecting to the deck through sliding glass doors, the dining room, adjacent to the great room, accommodates 12 guests comfortably. The expansive kitchen boasts abundant counter space, a double oven, a cooktop, and a large refrigerator, making it a delightful space for collaborative meal preparation.

A few steps away from the great room, a cozy den awaits—a haven with its own doors and a television. Here, one can immerse in a book, enjoy a movie, or organize entertainment for younger members of the group, providing a peaceful retreat while others indulge in moments of relaxation.

Beyond the great room and kitchen, the primary bedroom awaits. This spacious sanctuary features a king-sized bed, a seating area, and doors that open onto the deck, offering serene river views. The en-suite primary bathroom, as vast as the bedroom itself, boasts dual sinks, ample counter space, a large tub, and a large walk-in shower.

Ascending the wooden staircase reveals four additional bedrooms. The first two offer queen-sized beds, with a neighboring bathroom. A short distance away lies another primary bedroom, offering a king-sized bed, an attached private bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the Big Thompson River. The final bedroom houses two sets of bunk beds and another attached bathroom.

Completing the ensemble is the game room, equipped with a pool table and seating. At Blue Spruce Manor, every guest finds their space amidst the allure of this retreat.
