I don’t know why people complain about the tiny sink in the blue bathroom, it’s small but sufficient and has shelving next to it and a medicine cabinet above. Balcony has a great view but is the only place to get a view there isn’t one from the living area really though that wasn’t really a bother. "The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. The property is a bit older but very well maintained. The furnishings and decor are perfect for the location and very well done.Only comment (not negative): the heating works incredible well. Our stay was in cold December. You really don't need to put it much above 55 or 60 or it gets too warm."

I bit hard to find the actual unit on the campus of condos. Wonderful location, quiet, close to town and entrances to Rocky Mtn. National park. Could have been cleaner, but I have pretty high standards of cleanliness. Steps up to unit where hard/slanted downward which made it a bit difficult to climb especially when carrying loads from car. ...

"This place was fantastic. The view of the mountain from the hot tub looks way bigger and better in person than in google maps. It felt very cozy and the fireplace was nice. Anywhere you drive around the area is beautiful with amazing mountain views. There was a lot to do and explore within just a 10 minute radius."
