This closed complex offers total security with free underground parking, cameras and 24/7 concierge service throughout the year. Surrounded by lush gardens maintained daily, it creates a fresh and tropical atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The apartment for 4 people has 2 bedrooms and 105 m² full of light and comfort.

The interior design is modern and personalised, with light furniture and colour touches that bring warmth. The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, satellite TV, wifi and free safe.
