"Such a beautiful view with a very island feel to the property. Host was very much able to be contacted if needed, property was very neat, clean and organized. The host left ample notes behind on things to do around the island as well. Highly recommend staying with this host on his property!"

"Great experience, quick responses, easy directions. The Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting at the beach at night and used the hot tub twice in the evenings. The fact it was open after 10pm was awesome. Accommodations in the room were exactly what we needed. The only issue was the a/c wasn’t working well, however we were not in the room enough to need it. "We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. It seems like miles away from everything, but it was only a 10 to 20 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Cane bay beach was a perfect, close getaway.
