"We loved our stay in the Villa Tortuga. On our last full day we decided that staying on the deck and in the hot tub with the heater off was a better choice than heading to another beach! Someone should advise the landlord that Jets #2 were not functioning and were coming on but then kicking off right away, which to me an old CPO would indicate a faulty electrical connection or a compromised pump which should be addressed ASAP for safety reasons. "We had wonderful time at Reef Shores and the condo is very nice in a beautiful setting. The golf course setting makes for really pretty and very quiet surroundings. The common area pool is fine looking though we did not use it. The exterior and infrastructure features of condo and community are needing some care if one is looking for 5 star accommodations in every way. "This home is set in a location with absolute privacy and beautiful unobstructed views off the huge covered patio while still being 5 minutes from a grocery store and 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted. The house has been well maintained and was very clean with new jalousie windows storm doors and screen doors. Furniture and beds also seem to be updated and well kept. The pool was also a very nice amenity set away from the home to take advantage of views and trade winds. "

"The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up.
We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive.
The unit is huge and could use some more furnishing but the basics were there. We only did breakfast at the unit...
