"The hotel was beautiful and was fun to learn the history. We had the room at the top with the large balcony and it was one of the best views we’ve had at a hotel. "I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."

Fomos muito bem atendidos e foi possível até deixar a mala antes do check in e depois do check out. O quarto estava super limpo e possui ótimo espaço. A limpeza do banheiro também impecável, cama confortável, toalhas macias, com shampoo, sabonete e condicinador, além de secador de cabelo. Realmente me surpreendeu em relação a algumas avaliações. "The place is pretty nice, very well located and close to the bus station, supermarkets, drugstores, metro and bus stops - in case you need to go further than the main area. It has nice restaurant with delicious food for a good price. Room was clean, spacious and lit, furniture was new, but acoustics is not that good since you can hear what people say next door and it bothers a bit if you need a rest. Staff is amazingly kind and helpful.. all of them!"
