"Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. "Big thanks to Nino and Andrea, we had a double room with private balcony facing the public street, we were worry about the noise from previous reviews, however once you close the balcony door, everything is quiet. The room was large enough and very comfortable, the breakfast was decent. The hotel is walkable distance from approximately all attractions sites. We will definitely book this hotel again."

Otoparklı olarak belirtilmesine rağmen kapalı bir otoparkı mevcut değil, araba park edecek yer sorduğumuzda otel önünden kendi araçlarını çekerek park etmemize imkan sağladılar.
