"the unit came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we ran out after our first day. we asked for more toilet paper six different times on two different platforms. We were gone for the day and didn't come back until midnight. They never supplied more toilet paper and we had to find some very late at night. The communication was terrible. We searched the entire unit and only found a can of comet. The shared common area did not have spare toilet paper or paper towels or napkins available. BUT THE WORST...

"I booked this place for my sister to have a quiet for few days to focus on her exams and work from home but unfortunately she didn’t have access to wifi for the first two days. therefore she had to find wifi somewhere else.. very frustrating and disappointing… "

"Our host was responsive to any inquiries we had during our stay. The apartment is in a good location just east of downtown. It was close to a grocery store, coffee shops, bike rentals and a couple Of very nice restaurants that we enjoyed. We found it was a 15 to 20 min walk from the closest metro station.The space was clean, and well equipped. Our family of 4 adults were very comfortable."
