"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."

"The unit felt hastily refurbished. Door knob to the outside door was not securely fastened. The hot water heater read an error code and beeped every 10 seconds. Location was within walking distance to Piccadilly and bus lines."
