"I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because of our initial experience. We reached out to the host to see if we’d be able to enter earlier than the 3 PM check in time. We were allowed to though the place was not really ready. The bathrooms were not cleaned and rubbish bins were left full. The place also did not have any of the amenities promised e.g. shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The washing machine was also left so packed that the laundry could not wash nor dry. "Pros: Great location (near shops, tube station, safe to walk around at night, etc.); 3 bedrooms; Reasonably priced; Very responsive & accommodating host; Easy check-in process; Has washing machine; Plenty of essentials (eg, toilet paper, detergent). Cons: No AC (which ordinarily would not be a problem, but we happened to visit during a heat wave:), so could have used a few more fans; Many photos of nude women (tasteful and artfully done, but might be a bit of a shock to some more conservative...

"Owner was immediately responsive to any communication. Nice sheets and towels. Our only suggestion for owner is to provide specific instructions for using tv - it took us a little while to figure it out. Would stay agian."
