"Properly was fine, people were great checking us in and out. Some TLC is needed to the condo to make it feel worth the money. Fairly noisy at night from heating pipes or something like it. Metal banging noise. I door heated garage was great."

"Great unit in good location. No issues with the unit itself. Only problem was how bad the elevators in the hotel smelled. It was almost unbearable to take them and it was that way the whole stay."

"It was the Ritz and it lived up to that name. Hotel service was friendly and accommodating, the room was luxurious and spacious, the kitchen was more than adequate to our cooking needs, and I think my husband still dreams about that giant couch. The property is in a beautiful mountainside setting. It has activities onsite -- hiking, pool, spa, etc. -- and offers a frequent and easy to use shuttle to Beaver Creek village where more activities and restaurants are available. "This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). WORST HOTEL EVER!!! AVOID!!!
"EVITEM ESTE HOTEL! Piorou muito a qualidade, os quartos estao sujos e cheiram mal, telefone nao funciona, aquecedor antigo sem regulagem de temperatura, colchão velho macio demais e com buraco no meio, atendimento horrivel as pessoas na front desk nao querem trabalhar e nao ajudam em nada. para piorar um dos elevadores estava com defeito e parado no 4o andar sem conseguir descer, e ao invés de deixar ele parado e desligado deixavam ligado e abrindo e fechando a porta, o que tornava impossivel chamar o outro elevador!!! fazendo todos terem que usar a escada. quando reclamei sobre isso ao recepcionista e a gerente ambos nao deram a mínima atenção!!! uma completa falta de respeito! irei entrar em contato com o corporativo e solicitar o reembolso!"
