"We spent a wonderful week at the Casa delle Rose. Really well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC, very helpful in summer. The top floor bedroom has a double bed and a twin size bed. There’s also a dishwasher and washer/dryer, for those staying longer. There’s a drip coffee maker, but there’s also a Bialetti. "We rented this house for a month. We loved it here and felt very comfortable calling it home for so long. Fully renovated with modern appliances just as pictured. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, which we did 1/2 the time. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms big. Washer / dryer was a plus. Walking up and down the hills kept us in great shape to eat all the pasta we wanted! From here, we traveled by train to Florence, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo. Owner was quick to respond...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Belvedere House and Cortona. The house was beautiful and the view second to none! We had everything we needed there for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were nice linens, pillows and towels. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. When we arrived there were beautiful food treats for us and Irene had sent a list of great restaurants and things to do. We felt very at home and will be back soon!"

"We have been to Cortona several times before but Govanmi’s apartment was BY FAR the best. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and has a great lay out. The mattresses are excellent, AC is in every room, making the hot days bearable and location could not be better. Giovanni and his brother were super attentive and even led us stay a day longer when the Italian train system was on strike. They answered any and all questions. We will definitely return - I strongly recommend their place!!One...

"Property was a little smaller than expected and only has air conditioning in the top floor bedroom, which made it unpleasant for the people stuck sleeping downstairs, especially since Cortona was having record high temperatures while we were there. However, it was quiet, well equipped and centrally located."

"Nice apartment with a full kitchen and a small yard. It's right above the park and has great views. Short walk to town, which was very convenient. The best part was they had professional coverage in town if we had any questions or accidentally locked ourselves out (only happened once). Parking was usually available on the street."
