"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. The rain came inside the entrance of bedroom!! Windows could not be closed and we had to sleep with mosquitoes. II WANT MY MONEY BACK: IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HONEYMOON! My wife wants to denunciate at open press..."

"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"

"It was as described on the site. Host was always in communication making sure we found everything to iur liking. Our only disappointment was it was not closer to the beach but not so far either. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent again if we come back. "

"The house was clean, cold, and comfortable. There were some issues with shower and sink leaks but they were handled immediately upon notifying the host so no problem. The back yard, pool area, and beach areas could not be beat. Breathtakingly beautiful. The rooftop tables were amazing! Fortunately there was an amazing breeze while we were there so no see um and mosquito problems were nonexistent. Location is pretty much off the beaten path so don’t expect 5 star restaurants or a big...

"Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"The property was very cute and clean and had many items I wasn’t expecting. It could use an ironing board and iron and some outlets in the bathroom for blow dryer use. The price was very reasonable. Might need it again next year for the last week of June again. "

"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"The apartment was excellent for a family of 4 . It was very clean with all the appliances you would need to call it home. The process was simple and communication with a representative was excellent. Highly recommend."

"This is such a wonderful property in the beautiful mountains of Puerto Rico. It was close enough to the town of Utuado that we could go grab dinner or groceries, but far enough that we felt as if we were in the middle of nowhere. So quiet and peaceful. My kids spent hours searching the property for frogs and lizards and loved it when the cats, chickens and dogs came to visit. The pool was also so nice for relaxing and the hammock was argued over.The cabin had everything we needed and Rosario was...
