"Perfect home for families… the kids have the entire 3rd floor to themselves with 3 beds, tv, desk and plenty of room to play. Second floor has all the bedrooms and the big master bedroom and huge master bathroom for all the adults. Lower level has a big table for everybody to sit around and have dinner and play games. "This home has the potential to be truly spectacular, but it is not due to inadequate maintenance and attention to details. Examples: lights on lanai around pool do not work, no Keurig, can lights in kitchen either were out or didnt match with other lights, wine glasses didnt match, shower curtain very cheap quality, mold on shower inner tile, bedroom blinds too small to cover sliding door, and so on. The view is spectacular, and we would have liked to enjoy the nights on the lanai more, but it...

"The place was a perfect size for my family of 8. Everyone had their own space. We were able to walk to the university in under 15 minutes. The farmers market is also a very short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet most of our stay and we were able to sleep soundly each night. The kitchen was will stocked for such a large group of guests to prepare meals."
