Cottage "Los Mayorales"

Rural House "Los Mayorales" has 150 meters distributed in: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a large patio of 150 meters.

The house is rented in full and the price is per person, so that you will always be able to enjoy total independence and privacy, will not be shared with anyone.

All rooms are fully equipped: air conditioning, heating, walnut doors, porcelain floors, as well as large windows that create bright and open spaces.

We wanted to redesign the concept of rural house away from the archetypal materials commonly used: stone, brick, wood ... our intention is to enjoy spacious and welcoming environments, enhance the rural concept, but without renouncing new technologies, modern design and the luminosity.

The Rural House "Los Mayorales", is located in a strategic enclave, is in the heart of Extremadura, just 7 kilometers from Merida, perfectly connected by a road that is only 8 years old. The environment of the locality is protected and combines from landscapes of pasture of Extremadura, humadales, zones of vision of birds, irrigated plantations or cork oaks.

In the immediate surroundings there are different fishing and hunting tournaments, events related to hiking, environmental protection and rural development in general, the organization of days for bird watching. Not to mention the typical festivals of the town and the combination in them of tradition, cultural and gastronomic tradition.

Being so well located, cities such as Cáceres, Almendralejo, Trujillo or Badajoz are very well connected less than 50 minutes away, all by highways in perfect condition and completely free. It is also close to protected areas such as Cornalvo, or the ZEPA area of the Sierra de San Pedro.
