"Hotel has a city view and a sea view. The hotel was extremely hot, however the air conditioner was not working. I complained with the reception and the suggestion was to open the window, however it is noisy and impossible to sleep. The hotel people suggested to use a earplugs to sleep (so creative!!!). Hotel could be offered a room at the see side; instead offered a earplug!! Another problem: I needed to checkout at 6am, but there was no hot water at this time; hotel said to wait a few minutes with the water wasting, because the heater is turned off during the night. I left water wasting for more than 10min, but no hot water!! So, if you need to take a shower at 6am, do not count on this. "

"The hotel is well located, close to the city center. However, guests have to pay €12 per day for parking, and there are not enough parking spaces for everyone, which feels overpriced. During our stay, a baby even vomited in one of the pools, which made the experience even less pleasant. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, but the atmosphere was again very noisy because of children running and screaming. The restaurant seems large enough to have at least one quieter adults-only section. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one."
