"This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. "Nice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way. Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system. In summer it gets pretty “hot” in the rooms. Also I can’t remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues."

"Chegamos no segundo dia da reserva devido ao atraso do voo para Cracóvia. Fomos de carro e havia estacionamento na área do hotel. Houve um pequeno imprevisto no check-in, inicialmente a recepcionista não encontrou nossa reserva, mas foi rapidamente solucionado, o que não afetou a nossa avaliação positiva do hotel. A equipe sempre muito educada, gentil e prestativa. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e a comida estava muito boa. O quarto era excelente e muito charmoso com decoração clássica. Café...
